A voucher for our Charcuterie Course which can be redeemed at any available course. We will run roughly one course per month in 2018 which will always be on a Saturday. You will receive a gift voucher via post and full details to follow ahead of the course date.

You'll learn the key principles of making cured whole muscle products such as coppa ham, cured and smoked fish, bacon, salami and chorizo. You will leave with several tried and tested recipes so you can continue your new found skills at home. You'll also take home your very own cured bacon and we'll send your chorizo to you in the post 6 weeks later.

The day begins at 10.30am at Tisbury Cookery Studio with coffee and Real Cure bacon rolls and includes a lunch of charcuterie, local cheeses and pickles, ending at around 3.30pm.
