Wild Venison Pepperoni with Smoked Chilli & Paprika

Smokey with a spicy heat, the caraway seeds give a subtle aniseed flavour to finish. Handmade using wild Dorset venison, this pepperoni is smoked over oak for 3 days before air-drying.
