Delivery, ReFunds & Cancellations
Delivery
We use Royal Mail for our Standard and Tracked Express deliveries.
Orders sent using the Tracked Express service will be sent using Royal Mail’s 24hr tracked delivery service. Orders received before midday Monday - Friday will be despatched that day. These are usually delivered the following day however this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. Orders placed on after midday Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will be despatched on Monday.
Orders placed selecting the Standard delivery option will be sent using the Royal Mail’s standard tracked delivery service and can take between 2 and 5 days to arrive.
Order placed using ‘Pre Order’ will be despatched to arrive as close to the specified preferred date as possible. Please note we are unable to deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Refunds
If you're not happy with us or any of our products, for any reason, then please contact us, email hello@therealcure.co.uk quoting your order number in the subject line.
Each of our products is individual! Therefore if you have a problem we would like to treat you and your problem in the same way.
Any problem/discrepancies you have with your order; please notify us within 4 days of receipt of goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense using a tracked delivery service. You will also be responsible for the risk of loss or damage in transit. The products will be inspected on return, if on return the goods are deemed faulty or misdescribed by our quality control team we will either send out replacement goods or a full refund including your postal costs. If reasonable care hasn't been taken of the goods before we receive them back here which results in damage or deterioration then no refund can be made.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order any time before dispatch. To do this simply email or phone, quoting your order reference number. We'll refund your money, if received, as soon as possible.
