Two Years At The Top: Best Charcuterie Brand
We’re incredibly proud to share that The Real Cure has been named Best Charcuterie Brand for the second year running - a prestigious accolade awarded by The Guild of Fine Food and announced in the latest issue of Fine Food Digest.
To be recognised and receive the title for a second consecutive year has been a proud moment for the whole team here in Dorset.
The Guild of Fine Food is renowned for championing the very best of British food and drink, and its judging process is rigorous, knowledgeable, and uncompromising. We're thrilled to be voted Best Charcuterie Brand by retailers and customer!
At The Real Cure, our charcuterie is made slowly and traditionally, using British high welfare pork, British Beef and Wild Venison, combined with carefully selected ingredients and time-honoured curing methods. Each salami, coppa, bresaola and pancetta is the result of months of patience, experimentation and attention to detail.
This award belongs to our fantastic team who ensure our recipes, curing process and smokehouse produce the very best charcuterie. We also want to thank our stockist who champion the very best in British produce as well as our loyal customers who return time and time again!
So what’s ahead? We’re busy developing new flavours (look out for our new collab with The Garlic Farm) and continuing to make charcuterie that is unmistakably British, rooted in the Dorset countryside and made with skill and integrity.
Thank you to The Guild of Fine Food for this accolade and to everyone who supports The Real Cure. Winning Best Charcuterie Brand for the second year running is a milestone we’ll savour for a long time to come!
