There’s something quietly wonderful about seeing Dorset produce celebrated on national television — especially on a programme that champions the very best of British craftsmanship and countryside life.

We were absolutely delighted to see The Real Cure’s Black Truffle Salami featured on Alan Titchmarsh’s Love Your Weekend, showcased alongside an inspiring selection of artisan food and drink from the South West. Surrounded by fellow producers who share the same passion for quality, provenance and flavour, it felt like a true celebration of our region.

Our Black Truffle Salami is one of our most indulgent creations — deeply savoury, delicately perfumed with truffle and crafted slowly here in Dorset using high-welfare British pork. To see it represented as part of a carefully curated collection of standout South West producers was a proud moment for us as a small, independent business.

As Jonathan Phang remarked, it “feels a bit special.”

And that’s exactly what we aim for — charcuterie that elevates a simple board, transforms a quiet evening, or makes a gift feel considered and thoughtful.
