Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Made using wild British venison, sloe berries, fresh garlic and a good glug of red wine. Smoked over oak chips for 3 days. Ideal on a charcuterie board or for snacking with a pint.
Wild Venison Chorizo - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Our wild venison chorizo is made using sweet, smoked paprika.
Beef Snacking Salami (5 sticks) - British beef snacking salami flavoured with a moreish combination of coriander seeds, garlic black pepper and chilli. Perfect for enjoying with a glass of something crisp and refreshing.
Dorset Bresaola - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - A delicate cure of crushed bay leaves, red wine and rosemary. The long ageing process combined with the highest quality grass fed beef makes this a very special product. Perfect for any charcuterie board or serve with rocket and parmesan shavings for the ideal summer lunch.
Pink Peppercorn & Purbeck Cider Salami - 3 Star Great Taste Award winner - made with free range pork, the pink peppercorns add a beautiful aromatic hit with a sweetness from the Purbeck Cider just at the end. This pork salami is a modern day classic.
