Grass fed British beef is cured in a delicate blend of herbs and washed in red wine before being air dried for a minimum of 3 months for depth of flavour. This long ageing process combined with the highest quality grass fed beef makes our Beef Bresaola a very special product. The perfect addition to a charcuterie board or serve with rocket and parmesan shavings for a simple starter or light lunch.
