Recipe: Chorizo & Black Olive Butter

 

A WONDERFULLY SAVOURY AND SALTY DISH THAT TAKES MINUTES TO PREPARE

Blitz together some great ingredients, and chorizo and olives are right up there with some of the best in our opinion. Add a good quality butter and you have an ingredients perfect for adding lots of flavour to simple dishes, like a bowl of humble pasta.

Serves 6

 

Ingredients

Chorizo & black olive butter recipe

  • 250g block butter

  • 50g Dorset Chorizo Picante

  • 50g Black Olives (pitted)

  • Sprig fresh parsley

Method

STEP 1

Soften the butter, add to a food processor along with the charcuterie, olives and parsley.

STEP 2

Blitz until smooth and well combined.

STEP 3

Chill, and wrap in greaseproof paper.

STEP 4

Perfect for tossing around pasta with extra crispy fried chorizo to top.
