A great way to try the range of charcuterie and experiment with different flavours. Try our versatile products in a wide variety of recipes, as part of a charcuterie sharing platter or simply enjoy as a tasty snack.
All items are gluten free, have a minimum 2 month shelf life and do not need to be refrigerated until opened.
How it works:
Your first box will be dispatched immediately, and subsequent boxes will be sent on the same date each month.
Your card will be charged each month before we dispatch your order.
Your subscription will continue to run until you update your preferences.
We carefully choose the contents of each box to ensure you try our full range of products on a regular rotation.

Have you always wanted to learn how to make charcuterie at home but not known where to start? Join us for a one day charcuterie course, led by The Real Cure’s award winning head charcuterie and company founder James Smart, where you’ll develop the skills needed to make delicious cured meat at home.
Learn the principles of meat curing, types of cured meat, fermenting and air drying
Learn how to cold smoke at home, including building your own cold smoker
Prepare and cure your own bacon and gammon to take home on the day
Make your own chorizo, we’ll air dry it and send to you 8 weeks later
