The Snacking Box contains a selection of sliced and snacking charcuterie.
Wild Venison Chorizo (55g) - Our wild venison chorizo is made using sweet, smoked paprika. Ready to eat, our British chorizo is perfect for snacking or enjoying as part of a charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection. Equally delicious used as a cooking ingredient.
Wild Venison Beer Sticks (5 sticks) - A delicious combination of Wild British venison, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper and a good Oak smoke.
Beef Snacking Salami (5 sticks) - British beef snacking salami flavoured with a moreish combination of coriander seeds, garlic black pepper and chilli. Perfect for enjoying with a glass of something crisp and refreshing.
Snaffling Pig Popped Pork - popped pork - low & slow BBQ air popped not fried, protein snacks

Each 200g pack serves approximately 4 people
All items are gluten free and do not need to be refrigerated until opened. Once opened, use within 5 days. Platters will arrive with a minimum 4 week shelf life.
