This letterbox does not need to be refrigerated until opened.

The Mr Filbert’s Grazing Box contains a selection of sliced and whole charcuterie as well as nibbles.
Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami (110g) - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Made using wild British venison, sloe berries, fresh garlic and a good glug of red wine, this unique salami is smoked over oak chips for 3 days. The perfect addition to a cheese and charcuterie sharing board.
Dorset Chorizo Picante (55g) - 1 Star Great Taste Award winner - This British pork chorizo is made using hot and sweet smoked paprika. Ready to eat, our chorizo is perfect for snacking or enjoying as part of a charcuterie or antipasti board. It’s equally delicious used as a cooking ingredient in stews, paellas, with fish or on sourdough pizza.
Black Truffle Salami (55g) - An unctuous new arrival to our range. A wonderfully balanced British pork salami with earthy grated black truffle and a hint of black pepper. Previously available as a whole salami in 2023 as a limited edition. Proven so popular and delicious that it is now a mainstay of our core range.
Mr Filbert’s Rosemary and Garlic Mixed Olives (50g) - Greek Halkidiki and Kalamata Olives are marinated with Rosemary and Garlic with a drizzle of olive oil.
Mr Filbert’s Chilli Rice Crackers (40g) - Deliciously crispy Thai rice crackers baked in a sweet spicy sauce.

This selection of our most popular sliced cured meats includes Fennel & White Pepper Salami, Hartgrove Coppa and Wild Venison Chorizo. This charcuterie selection is ideal for creating your own charcuterie sharing board at home, or used as part of an antipasti platter.
Each 200g pack serves approximately 4 people
All items are gluten free and do not need to be refrigerated until opened. Once opened, use within 5 days. Platters will arrive with a minimum 4 week shelf life.
