Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Made using wild British venison, sloe berries, fresh garlic and a good glug of red wine. Smoked over oak chips for 3 days. Ideal on a charcuterie board or for snacking with a pint.

Wild Venison Chorizo - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Our wild venison chorizo is made using sweet, smoked paprika.

Beef Snacking Salami (5 sticks) - British beef snacking salami flavoured with a moreish combination of coriander seeds, garlic black pepper and chilli. Perfect for enjoying with a glass of something crisp and refreshing.

Dorset Bresaola - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - A delicate cure of crushed bay leaves, red wine and rosemary. The long ageing process combined with the highest quality grass fed beef makes this a very special product. Perfect for any charcuterie board or serve with rocket and parmesan shavings for the ideal summer lunch.  

Pink Peppercorn & Purbeck Cider Salami - 3 Star Great Taste Award winner - made with free range pork, the pink peppercorns add a beautiful aromatic hit with a sweetness from the Purbeck Cider just at the end. This pork salami is a modern day classic.

Wild Venison Pepperoni - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Smoky with a spicy hit of heat, the caraway seeds give a subtle aniseed flavour to finish. Made using wild British venison, this pepperoni is smoked over oak for 3 days before being air dried. The perfect addition to a charcuterie board, this pepperoni is equally delicious used in recipes or sliced on sourdough pizza.

Fennel & White Pepper Salami - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - A wonderfully versatile pork salami with aromatic fennel and punchy white pepper. Great as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti selection or try as a topping for sourdough pizza.

Wild Venison Beer Sticks - A delicious combination of Wild British venison, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper and a good Oak smoke.

Dorset Nduja - 2 Star Great Taste Award winner - Made from high welfare British pork combined with hot Calabrian chillies, this is our Dorset take on the Calabrian classic, Nduja. The depth of flavour of the Dorset Nduja makes it perfect for adding flavour and heat to recipes such as pasta, sauces, pizza or simply enjoy spread on sourdough toast.
