What The Day Involves

The day begins at 10.30am at Tisbury Cookery Studio with coffee and Real Cure bacon rolls and includes a lunch of charcuterie and local cheeses, ending at around 3.30pm.

  • Prepare and cure your own bacon and gammon to take home on the day
  • Learn how to cold smoke at home, including building your own cold smoker
  • Make your own chorizo, we’ll air dry it and send to you 6 weeks later
  • Make, stuff and learn to link pork sausages to take away with you on the day
  • Head off with a collection of meat curing recipes

  • We only use British meat in our products, ensuring our pork is high welfare, beef is grass-fed and venison is wild. Everything is produced on site at our farm in Dorset and can be shipped across the British Isles. 

  • Our products are ready to eat, however also taste amazing cooked. Perfect for adding to dishes to add a boost of flavour. 

  • Yes, all our products are gluten free. 

  • Our range comes with a minimum 3 month shelf life (except for platters which have a 1 month shelf life) and can remain ambient until opened. It will be perfectly happy in a cupboard or can be stored in the fridge if you prefer. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
