Recipe: Salt Beef Subs with Nduja Relish

The perfect back to school recipe or hearty lunch. This relish is warm with heat, not too spicy, so is a great way to introduce little ones to spice in a way they will love. Turning our Dorset Nduja into a wonderful condiment.

Serves 3/6

Ingredients

Nduja Relish & Salt Beef

  • 250g Salt Beef

  • 50g Nduja Relish

  • 50g Salted Butter or Olive Spread

  • 450g Mozzarella

  • 70g Pea Shoots or Rocket

  • 3 Small Baguettes

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil

Method

STEP 1

Cut the baguettes down the centre of the top so all of your filling is on full display when you dish up your subs.

STEP 2

Butter, add a few slices mozzarella and a slice or two of salt beef to each sub and cover with lashings of Nduja Relish.

STEP 3

Dress your pea shoots with the olive oil and top each sub with a handful.
