Nduja Relish

Nduja Relish
A rich, sweet & smokey accompaniment you won’t find anywhere else
Nduja relish is a combination of our award winning Dorset Nduja married together with sweet tomatoes, onion and nigella seeds to make a moreish preserve to accompany the best of cheese and charcuterie boards. Nduja Relish is so versatile it is perfect in: sandwiches, toasties, burgers, cheese on toast or even used in substitute of honey to make ‘sticky sausages’.
Nduja relish tastes amazing alongside our cured meats, especially our Dorset Bresaola and Wild Venison Chorizo; complimenting their deeply savoury flavour.
