We only use British meat in our products, ensuring our pork is high welfare, beef is grass-fed and venison is wild. Everything is produced on site at our farm in Dorset and can be shipped across the British Isles.

Our range comes with a minimum 3 month shelf life (except for platters which have a 1 month shelf life) and can remain ambient until opened. It will be perfectly happy in a cupboard or can be stored in the fridge if you prefer. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
