Each box includes Garlic Pork Scratchings, Garlic & Chilli Pork Scratchings, our hugely popular collaborative salami; Black Garlic Salami, a pack of 5 Wild Venison Beer Sticks and a pack of 5 Beef Snacking Salamis. The Great British Snacking Box contains a selection of sliced and snacking charcuterie along with proper pork scratchings.

Black Garlic Salami (55g) - Made using high-welfare British pork, enriched with sweet & sticky black garlic. This salami delivers a deeply umami flavour with a satisfying and mellow warmth from both black and white pepper— think rich balsamic notes, dark caramel, and savoury depth layered through every slice.

Wild Venison Beer Sticks (5 sticks) - A delicious combination of Wild British venison, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper and a good Oak smoke.

Beef Snacking Salami (5 sticks) - British beef snacking salami flavoured with a moreish combination of coriander seeds, garlic black pepper and chilli. Perfect for enjoying with a glass of something crisp and refreshing.

Pork Scratchings with Garlic - hand cooked in small batches, these scratchings combine a great garlicky flavour with maximum crunch to bring you a perfectly porky snack.

Pork Scratchings with Garlic & Chilli - deliciously moreish pork skin, puffed then flavoured with delicious garlic and chilli. Warm with heat, not too spicy.

  • We only use British meat in our products, ensuring our pork is high welfare, beef is grass-fed and venison is wild. Everything is produced on site at our farm in Dorset and can be shipped across the British Isles. 

  • Our products are ready to eat, however also taste amazing cooked. Perfect for adding to dishes to add a boost of flavour. 

  • Yes, all our products are gluten free. 

  • Our range comes with a minimum 3 month shelf life (except for platters which have a 1 month shelf life) and can remain ambient until opened. It will be perfectly happy in a cupboard or can be stored in the fridge if you prefer. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
