Our Wild Venison Charcuterie Platter is a selection of our most popular sliced cured meats, all made from wild venison. Products include Sloe and Garlic Wild Venison Salami, Wild Venison Chorizo and Wild Venison Pepperoni. This charcuterie selection is ideal for creating your own charcuterie sharing board at home.
Each 150g pack serves approximately 3-4 people, or more if serving alongside bread and cheese.
Our Wild Venison Salami’s are made with High Welfare Pork Fat. All items are gluten free.

Platters have a one month shelf life, which is shorter than the rest of our range because of how they are prepared. Keep them refrigerated and check the date on the pack.
