Created in collaboration with The Garlic Farm, our Black Garlic Salami combines high-welfare British pork with sweet, sticky black garlic and a warming blend of black and white pepper. Expect deep umami flavour with notes of rich balsamic, dark caramel and a mellow peppery finish.
The larger 200g catering pack is ideal when our regular packs simply won’t go far enough. Perfect for parties, family gatherings, celebrations and entertaining, it makes an effortless addition to a large British charcuterie board, grazing table, antipasti platter or buffet.
Serve alongside British cheeses, crackers, sourdough, olives, chutneys and pickles, or add to sandwiches and toasties when catering for a group.
