This award winning pork salami is made renowned local farmhouse blue cheese, Dorset Blue Vinny. We combine the punchy Dorset Blue Vinny cheese with sweet figs for a wonderful balance of flavour. Enjoy on its own or as part of a British charcuterie sharing board or antipasti platter.

Whole salami, approximately 150g

Ingredients: British Pork (82%), Dorset Blue Vinny Cheese (Cow's MILK, Starter, Vegetarian Rennet, Blue Penicillium, Salt (5%), Red Wine, Pork Fat, Salt), Dried Fig (2%), Garlic, Herbs, Spices, Preservatives (Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate), Antioxidant (Sodium Ascorbate). Gluten Free.

Allow product to come up to room temperature before serving.
Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.
