Our Wild Venison Salami’s are made with High Welfare Pork Fat

Wild British Venison (73%), Free Range Pork (13%), Herbs and Spices, Sodium Nitrite, Potassium Nitrate.

Gluten Free.

Store in a cool dry place.
Once opened, refrigerate and use within 5 days.

  • Yes, all our products are gluten free. 

  • Our range comes with a minimum 3 month shelf life (except for platters which have a 1 month shelf life) and can remain ambient until opened. It will be perfectly happy in a cupboard or can be stored in the fridge if you prefer. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 5 days.
