This selection of our most popular sliced cured meats includes Fennel & White Pepper Salami, Hartgrove Coppa, Pink Peppercorn & Cider Salami, Wild Venison Pepperoni and Dorset Chorizo Picante, all made from high welfare British pork and wild British venison. This charcuterie selection is ideal for creating your own charcuterie sharing board at home, or used as part of an antipasti platter.
Each 300g pack serves approximately 6-8 people.

Platters have a one month shelf life, which is shorter than the rest of our range because of how they are prepared. Keep them refrigerated and check the date on the pack.
