RECIPE: DORSET CHORIZO PICANTE & BUTTERBEAN STEW

Our spicy and vibrant Dorset Chorizo Picante, made with free range British pork and Pimenton de la Vera, provides a fantastic depth of flavour to this simple and hearty stew, inspired by the traditional Spanish dish. Ready in under 20 minutes, this is a great go-to mid-week meal. INGREDIENTS

2 x 400g cans chopped tomatoes

2 x 400g cans drained butterbeans

Bunch of parsley

Salt & pepper
METHOD
STEP 1
Slice the Dorset Chorizo Picante into 1cm chunks and tip into a large saucepan over a medium heat. Fry gently for 5 mins or until starting to brown.
STEP 2
Add the tinned tomatoes and butterbeans, bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 mins.
STEP 3
Swirl through the finely chopped parsley, season to taste and ladle into four bowls. Serve with crusty bread and a simple green salad.
