Delicious. I slice it into thin disks and use it as part of what is now called a charcuterie plate along with egg mayo, cheeses homemade ranch dressing beef meatballs and seeded crackers. It is very good but I'll need to buy some more just to ensure I am correct in my opinion of your product.
